This trip was a follow-on to our rides around Lake Michigan on 2002, Lake Erie in 2001, Lake Huron in 2000, Lake Ontario in 1999. ....

May 29, 2004, drove from Toronto to Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, 3 bikes on the roof of Harvey's Honda Civic. Spent the night at the house of Harvey and Dylan's uncle and aunt where we left our car for the duration of the trip.

Day 1/May 30: Sault St Marie, Ontario to Tahquamenon Falls State Park, Paradise MI (121 km/12 hrs)
Day 2/May 31: Tahquamenon Falls State Park, Paradise MI to Newberry MI (46 km / 4 1/2 hrs)
Day 3/June 1: Newberry MI to Munising MI (106 km / 10 hrs)
Day 4/June 2: Munising MI to Marquette MI (76 km / 8 hrs)
Total Distance: 2218 km.
